Golf  Performance, rehabilitation
and Fitness

We Have a specific focus on golf related performance utilising the Titleist Performance Institutes Body Swing Connection. TPI’s physical assessment screen evaluates a player’s physical readiness and swing characteristics. The results of the assessment will highlight specific areas of the body that may be affecting the performance of your golf swing. We can then develop an individual golf specific exercise program to target these limitations and improve overall golf performance.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI)

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is at the forefront of the study of how the body functions in relation to the golf swing.

TPI’s™ Swing Philosophy: We dont believe there is one way to swing a club; we believe there are an infinite number of ways to swing a club. But we do believe that there is one efficient way for everyone to swing a club and it is based on what they can physically do.

To achieve an efficient swing, it would be advisable that all golfers must first be screened. The screening process involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics and general health status. After completing the physical screen the results are used to create an individual treatment package, which may include fitness training, physiotherapy treatment and advice on swing mechanics and biomechanics. This information can also be sent to a golfers coach or club professional to highlight areas of limitations, reduce risk of injury and improve overall golf performance.
